Flat-Fee Packages (2025 estimates):
- Deeds – $1,250 (includes recording fee)
- Easements – $1,500 to $3,000 (depending on complexity, includes recording fees)
- Residential Purchase & Sale Agreements (no seller financing) – $1,250
- Residential Purchase & Sale Agreements (with seller financing) – $1,500
- Commercial Real Estate Purchase & Sale Agreements – $1,500 to $7,500 (depending on complexity)
- Residential Leases – $1,000
- Commercial Leases – $3,000
Additional Transactional Services (non-flat fee):
- Zoning and land use reviews
- Development agreements and joint ventures
- Financing and refinancing document review
- Due diligence for large-scale or multi-party transactions
